orders

  • You must be 21 years or older to purchase alcohol. It is against the law to be under the legal age of 21 and purchase alcohol. By placing an order on our website, you are showing to us that you are at least of legal age.

  • A signature from an adult is required at the time of delivery. You will need to show proof of age verification at time of delivery – no exceptions. The package will not be left if no one is available to show age verification at the time of delivery. We can only deliver to residential/commercial addresses – no packages will be shipped to PO boxes.

  • Processing your order may take up to 3-5 business days. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation stating the successful placement of that order. You will receive your tracking information once your shipping label has been created.

shipping & RETURNS

  • You are responsible for ensuring an adult is available to sign upon delivery. UPS will make up to three delivery attempts. After the final attempt, the undelivered package will be returned to our warehouse.

  • If an order is returned to our warehouse, we will contact you. We can either re-ship it to you for the same shipping charge, or we can refund your order minus the shipping costs.

  • All orders are shipped via UPS. Transit times depend on your location and when your order ships out. If you have time restrictions or need your order by a certain date, please contact us as soon as possible at Jordan@labellechateauvins.com

  • If you received the wrong product, the product is damaged, or if you are missing item(s), please contact us as soon as possible so we can let you know your options. If you receive a damaged product, please do not throw it away – take photos. We cannot honor re-ships or credits without photos of the damage.

Legal

La Belle Chateau Vins entrusts a third party to ship and deliver your wine. By authorizing shipment of your items, you are allowing La Bell Chateau Vins to work with a third-party carrier on behalf of you, the purchaser.

You must be 21 years of age to order or receive wine from La Belle Chateau Vins. With any packages that has an “Adult Signature Required” sticker, you will have to show identification and means you will have to be present at the time of delivery.

Every state has varied limitations on the quantity of alcoholic beverages which one can purchase without certain licenses or permits. La Belle Chateau Vins is not responsible for obtaining/applying for these licenses for you. Please verify you are within the limitations for your order.
